Nathan Drake Toy

In one of the many abandoned bedrooms in Pittsburgh you can find a plush toy on top of a  bed this toy possess a huge resemblance to Nathan Drake from the Uncharted games and is yet another reference to the series  in the Last Of Us.

In the Pittsburgh Chapter of the Last of Us, you meet Sam and Henry after climbing through a window while being "hounded by that truck" after this cutscene leave the room you are currently in and turn left.

You should now be in a child's bedroom, if you look at the top of the bed with blue covers, you should see a plush toy resembling Nathan Drake.
