During the epilogue you start in a bedroom with posters lining the bedroom walls one of these posters is for Savage Starlight 2..

This is a reference to the comic series that appears within the world of The Last Of Us titled Savage Starlight. This is a subtle nod to the Last Of Us and even begins to hint that if their is a sequel to the comic there could be a sequel to the The Last of Us.
In the Epilogue you play as Cassie and start by playing another Easter Egg this being Crash Bandicoot., after this you are allowed to explore the house you are in. If you look on the wall opposite the TV you can see a poster on the wall, titled Savage Starlight 2.
