Location
During our play through of Uncharted 4 there are 109 collectibles to find - one of these is titled Strange Pendant.

The Strange Pedant may look familiar to Last Of Us fans as it is a Firefly Pendant, an item featured promonently throughout the Last Of Us as it is a sign of the freedom fighting militia which goes by the same name.

If you flip the Pendent it reads "Druckley" this is a reference to the writer and creative director's of The last Of Us who are Neil Druckmann and Bruce Straley - They also had the same roles in the making of Uncharted 4 after Amy Henning's departure.
You can find this Easter Egg in Chapter 9 of Uncharted 4, Trials and Tribulations where you must solve a crucifix based puzzle after you complete this go out the door and turn right. You should be walking next to a ledge. Simply drop down the ledge and use the handholds and shine of the treasure and you should be able to climb to it press triangle and own an easter egg.
